As of May 1, 2012, the work of the fact-finding panel has commenced. The commision is comprised of CTU Vice President Jesse Sharkey, Joseph Moriarty of the CPS law department, and the two parties agreed on Arbitrator Edwin H. Benn as the neutral chairman of the panel. Negotiations now stand in the period described on the tenth slide of the presentation.
